Probably been asked loads of times but am at work and need a quick reply before going home....

Am going to be changing oil in engine, gearbox, diff, but would like to know what makes / rating (10/40 etc) / synthetic or semi / how much for each component.

It is on a 2003 JDM Spec C

Also any tips or is it a straight forward oil change!
