Question

We are currently using Millers CPS but I am not sure it has the life span of some others. Does anyone have a recommendation as to ones to try in the future.

Here you go.

Have a read of these 3 threads. They talk about main bearing failures on scoobs and then go on to talk about what oil you should use. Some of the best techies on this bbs have posted. You'll need over an hour, but the information on there is important for any scooby owner.

Cool

Mr Burrell, how goes it???
The Oil's to use are quite simple. If you are living on this continent and drive an STi, have made some extensive mods to your otherwise stock UK car or just generally drive round everywhere like a looney, then you should really go for the following:

Castrol RS 10-60
Motul 300V 15-50
Millers CFS 10-60

It is also advised that you should change this at and in between every service interval.

If However you own a standard UK scoob and drive like a granny, then use what ever Mr&Mrs Day would recommend

Ta ta 4 now....Jacko
