94 wrx wont start and fans running
got a problem with my 94 wrx ra,it goes to start and then cuts out
and the 2 fans on the rad are running all the time
fans wer ok before this happened
ecu showing 2 flashes and then 1
=code 21 coolant temp sensor
unplugged sensor and fans still running,is that normal?
removed sensor and done a test on it with a multimeter and showing open circuit
is that the right way to test this sensor
anyone?
