Ok, i have done a search and read the excellent guide by RON

I am looking at buying a replacement wheel for my tatty 97 one from one of the good people on this forum.

I am slightly confused however, as the seller has been able to connect it directly to their classic without having to change any plugs / do any soldering for the airbag (i thought the plug was different on newage cars to the one on classics?

The wheel is a subaru one, its the momo one with red stiching - what years of cars were these found on? How many different airbag connections are there on Subarus? And did the classic facelift in 98 lead to a different connector to the earlier models?

Hoope you can help, as i'm worried about buying a wheel that i can not cancel the warning light on...
