Default Plugs

My wrx is not running quite right. So I am going to start at the plugs.Do you change the plugs from underneath or on top? Sorry to be dim but its so different to a golf!

From the top mate, air box/cone and tract out for one side and washer bottle out for the other side

I do mine from underneath, only because I do an oil change while I am at it. I personally find it much easier, the worst bit is the damn under tray You can do it from above removing air box washer bottle and battery all make it easier as there is limited space to move around. Whatever you decide to do make sure you check the plug gaps and don't rely on them being right out of the box. Hope this cures your problem.

Thanks for the info. Its not a quick job then. Do I have a boost controller? Where is it so I can clean it. I have a 2001 bugeye.
