Default What power level do (ported) OE headers become restrictive?

Thinking of having a new exhaust very soon, and may change the headers as well if its worth it.

I am running a MD321t on a built 2L, will equal length headers increase low down torque?

Here you go....

What subaru do you know makes peak power at 5k on a hybrid gt30? That's the torque falling off after 5k not the power.

Guess what next mod was

So you changed the headers then, did it make a lot of difference?

Yes I did but I'm afraid I changed a lot of other things too (turbo, up-pipe, down pipe, ecu, fuelling, gearing etc etc) so a direct comparison is out of the question. Sorry mate.

If I remember correctly... they have the greatest effect through the mid-range, increasing torque.

P.S. Larger bore should help at the top-end too !
