Default Spark plugs

My car is having a 90,000 mile service in a couple of weeks.
Its a huge service as some of you may know. And one of the things they change are the spark plugs.
Is there any good reasons/benefits why I should buy my own plugs rather than let them fit OE ones?

standard oem plugs are fine for mild mods. would stay away from iridium or any other types of plugs

My car is lightly modified only a td05, exhaust, panel and esl chip.

I don't plan on any more engine mods.
