Should I be worried?
Had the Scoob out last night for the first time in nearly 3 weeks
Warmed her up properly as I always do and later when accelerating, the check engine light flashed. I stopped and pulled into a car park and checked my apexi hand commander and I saw a knock reading of 81
Do I have cause to be worried?

I wouldnt be worried if it was just a one off after being stood for 3 weeks and the drop in temp over the last couple of weeks. If you start seeing knock more and more often oreverytime you have WOT then you can start worrying or contact your mapper.

I still get phantom knock readings when on cuise, as high as 60 sometimes.
On boost at 1.45bar I get 12-15 normally so I dont think its much to worry about.
On yours at 80, could it be something other than the engine making the noise being picked up by the PFC?.
Wayne.
