Default Exhaust Loudeness and deep burble

hi guys i am looking to buy a new exhaust and am after some advice.

i am looking for the loudest on the market, but i hate that tinny sound, i love the really deep burble, the 3 i have been looking at are.

1. blitz nur spec r
2. afterburner vortex
3. hks hyper

i dont mind it sounding crude and raw but not tinny

Thanks David

What you are looking for is either in the Blitz or the Afterburner mate, both give that deep, 'meaty' sound.

You won't go wrong with either.

If it were me Blitz Nur Spec R, or a nice Roger Clark system.

The other option is to look at the Jap Performance website for imported systems. My Apexi N1 1 piece cat back is pretty deep and loud it came fitted to my '95 STi from import .

I have a decat system from TSL called the Firestorm. It is unbelievably loud and bassy. Sets off car alarms (if thats your thing ) lol. The quality is as good as the jap stuff you mentioned and it is made right here in blighty!

Just fitted the blitz bb to an afterburner straight through centre pipe on my 06 wrx and it is awesome, would say you cant get louder than a blitz because if you look into it it is just a straight through pipe.

Hmm tricky i know the sound you are after, i have a tsl group a decat, centre pipe and their group n back box, a very deep and loud burble, i never heard it outside the car until last week and it soudned flaming gorgeous.

This is a tsl firestorm, mine is a bit quieter but a whole lot deeper.

YouTube - Firestorm

There, this is similar to what mine sounds like.

loudest is the rogor clark team ice back box but its mentally loud only put it on now and again as don't want pulling by the plod all the time but its the best sound by far then second loudest is the blitz which i have as my quiet exhaust mines a full 3"system had a 3" de-resonated centre made to matched to the blitz

Bear in mind if you want to track the car you'll have problems getting on if you have too loud an exhaust - make sure you can get a bung to fit whichever one you go for! lol
