vf28 upgrade into MY95 WRX? Advice please?

Hi all, i have got a MY95 WRX and will be getting a full decat exhaust, uprated fuel pump and injectors soon and then getting it remapped but i also have the chance to buy a VF28 turbo of a friend (IIRC they are from a ver.6 type r

)

Any way, i was wondering if the VF28 would be worth the money over the standard TD05 and what benefits/gains i will get from the turbo?

Need some advice please as i will need to buy the turbo before it goes for a remap which will be soon

Agree with Simon,
VF28 will be front entry so you would need to bodge/mess with samcos or fit manifold spacers.

TD05 is a more capable and stronger unit.
