I want to recon an engine I have taken of my impreza classic, I need a funny shaped socket to take the head off does anyone know what this socket type is called I've been having a look on fleebay for one but can't find what i'm looking for

 

do you mean to take head bolts out if so its just an m14 socket iirc

 

Yes i want to separate the head from the engine, sorry to sound thick but what does the iirc mean
