Default fuel pump issue

hey guys,

the car has been in storage without being started for the past year.

i put a fully charged battery on and disarmed the immobilizer only to find the fuel pump wasnt priming, and the defi guage is showing no pressure atall...... anyone got any suggestions?

give the pump or the tank a wack while someone else is cranking it

are you 100% sure immobiliser has disarmed?

thanks for suggestions, where would one find the pump and relay?

the immobiliser is disarmed as soon as i unlock the car, if the immobiliser kicks in again it stops the engine from cranking over so i cant see it being the alarm and immobiliser causing the pump not to prime.

the pump is accessed from inside the boot through an inspection hole on the offside. the relay is under the dashboard behind the clocks.

easiest to check at the pump end first as the relays an a*rse to get to

could it be just stuck due to the cold weather? i mean yeah its been garaged but the garage is not heated so im just thinking whether it could be that?
