Default Help with MAP sensor

Hi guys.
As usual i have to say sorry for my bad English, and i hope you guys have indulgence with that.

I notice recently that something was wrong with my scooby.
Some days the car runs like **** and the knocklink lights up like Las vegas.
So i connected my laptop with PCLink (running with possumlink 44s) and notice a alarm that something was wrong with manifold air pressure (MAP)
I have done a troubleshooting and everything looks allright, all the vacuum hose has been replaced after the problem and there is no leakage.

So my question. Is there another way to look up if it's really wrong with the MAP sensor or should i just buy a new one?

Thanks for all the help.

will get the data from work for you in the week,i would use the mityvac on the sensor(apply the pressure to the sensor using the mityvac and take your readings)you can then see if the sensor reacts to the pressure or not, also there is a small brass insert in the pipe that some times falls out
will get some data for you

Hi Simon
What du you mean by over boost alarm? As you know i'm not the guy who made the map, and i'm quite new to this.
The knocklink lights up at ~14.5psi and all the way up to ~22psi
A Dawesdevice is also mounted.

Is hard to do a complete troubleshooting because the car runs great 9 of 10 times.

Yes absolutly.
The Dawes is set to 22psi and i'm running with a TD05 16g turbo.
it's a year now with the new setup (possumlink and new turbo etc) and i got this problem just 2 month ago.
