Default boost

Is it possible to fit an FCD and run the boost over the 1bar factory limit without the injectors failing to keep up?? the car is a 93 wrx. Ie what is the max boost possible with standard injectors?? I have heard 1.4bar, but that seems a little high. I havent tried it either! I currently dont have and fcd so i running a max of 1 bar. Thanks

personaly i wouldnt. if you split a vac pipe and the boost rocketed you have no safety and a potentialy large bill!

can you not adjust the fuel cut though?? say to 1.2 or 1.3 bar?? its purely theoretical, its not something i really want to do without having the safety of a map and fuel cut.
