Default What BHP can I expect

Hiya Guys

Just went and got myself a mint VF35 Turbo to replace my TD04 on my UK300

Just wondered what BHP I can expect to achive with the following mods

VF35
Pink Injectors
Walbro Fuel Pump
Decent Induction Kit
Full Stainless Miltek Exhaust
Kamakazi downpipe with High Flow cat
HKS Turbo Uppipe
STI Scoop with the UK300 intercooler etc
GFB Stealth Dumpvalve

Just got to have the turbo and injectors fitted and then get the whole lot mapped Just curious to know what I can expect.

Cheers guys

It depends on a few things, but most importantly who maps it..!

With those mods you should see 320-350bhp/300-330ft-lb. It'll also depend how good the sports cat is..!

Bin the dump valve BTW, it won't help and may hinder the results and stick with OEM air intake, just use a decent panel filter (green/K&N)..!

As above, also consider a 3 port boost solenoid and ported and wrapped headers.

You may not need a 3 port.

Who's mapping it, as I know Bob Rawle only fits them where necessary (ie where mapping dictates) and carries a few in stock for this purpose..

Mine didn't need one BTW..

Porting the OEM headers is definitely worth doing..

NS04, I think it's about time we had a sticky of the optimum setup for VF34/35 turbos..

Yep!!

Bob suggested one for mine before he even saw it based on my comments about what I wanted out of the car: you can pick em up second hand for 20ish quid, so worth a punt!

Am getting an AVCR fitted (along with an FMIC and larger injectors) and then mapped by Bob next week Sick and tired of drive by mode (which classics are stuck with on the std boost control arrangement) and the lack of in gear boost compensation, which can be mapped into the ECU for new ages, but not classics...then the 3 port solenoid gets binned!!

Will let you know how I get on!

Cool

^^^^

Yep, let us know how it goes.

Seeing Bob is always a very rewarding experience, particularly the ride home..

Not sure which way you go, but if it's not too far out of your way try the A429 from Cirencester towards Stratford (Fosse way iirc), whooowhooo..

Hiya

All im waiting on is a set of injectors. Been offered a new set of Sard 650 injectors for 240 quid. Would this be okay or would I be better of waiting of some 550 Pink Injectors?

Cheers Fellas
