Is the motor spining(wirring noise) on the water bottle when you actvate the washers ? if it is then it will prob be a blockage !
this will likely be either a the jet end in which case remove the hoses from under the bonnet and try cleaning them out or in your bottle there is a filter that can get blocked remove the bottle and washer motors and clean as required
