winter check-up...
I went away to australia for a couple of months over the winter. Unfortunately, I had to leave my 96 WRX stood alone at home in the cold and wet. I had a cover over it, and got my dad to take it for runs on the odd dry days.
It had a full service done before I left, and Im having a full service done again before I get it back on the road. I just want to know what I should check over thoroughly to make sure there isnt any serious damage? Thanks for any tips.

Check the tyres including the spare for pressure and any damage.
Check the coolant and oil levels before starting her up.
Be careful for the first few stops until all the rust and crud is worn off the brakes.
2 months isn't really long enough for any serious problems to show especially if you've had it used a few times.
