Just wondered what everyones different ideas are on running in a Ej257 ? mileage, how long using mineral oil and when to start boosting and loading up???

various ideas.
1. Dont go over 4k revs for the first 1000 miles, use mineral in this time. Vary the revs dont hold at one point for too long. Then build it up in revs pushing harder every few hundred miles. Change oil to semi or full synth around 2k miles. Dont labour the engine.
2 Drive as normal without gunning it or redlining, dont labour engine.
