Default Oil Capacitys

Hi
Can anyone tell the oil capacitys and the specs
for the engine, gearbox and diffs oil's on a '95 WRX
Plus any recomendations on decent manufactures to buy and any info on what else might want changing, Car has done 95K and has new belts.

4.5 litres to fill the block, add about 250cc for the filter
10w-40/50 seems to be used much, but 5w-40/50 I think is better.

75w90 in the gearbox (4.3 litres) and 0.8 in the diff (I usually fill it until the oil comes out the hole)

Make sure you don't have a plated diff, in the rear as those require different oil.

How do I know if its a 'Plated diff'
