With the car running, you unplug the MAF - fi the car stalls the MAF is workign fine.

the best thing to do is plug in the ecu engine check under the steering wheel, the engine check light will start flashing and tell you a code, once you have the code go to engine code .com and see whats wrong

The definitive way is to take the car to a specialist and they cna do a voltage check on the sensor, if the reading goes beyond a certain threshold, it's knackered.

Drive the car off boost untill you find out. A dodgy maf is a known engine killer.
