Hi All,
Just found out that i've got a leak from the L/H/S Rocker cover gasket and one of the cam shaft pulley, the question is how easy is it to change them and where is the best place to get the parts?????

The cam cover gasket itself is not too bad to do it's just a bit fiddely to get to.

The Camshaft seal is another matter though, this involves removing the Cam Belt to gain access to the pully & then you req'r a special tool to hold the Cam Pully's in position to enable you to unbolt & remove the correct pulley to gain access to the oil seal. I wouldn't recomend this is done by someone who dosen't have both the knowledge and the tools required.

Parts would be available from your local Subaru dealer, or a Subaru specialist You won't find these gaskets at places like Halfords.

If you dont get a reply from the factory then give me your VIN no: and i'll give you the correct part numbers for the parts you need.

If you don't know your VIN no then there's a chance I can get the info from your Reg no.
