The Hyperflow Monster intercooler is part of the ScoobyNet 500+bhp Project Spec C build. They are a very good bit of kit.

Full indepth modification article due to be published (Stage 3 Engine) within the next couple of weeks (I am on page 37 already!!!).

Keep a look out for the announcement and publication.

APS DR725 is part of my 500bhp build

Both are great FMIC's and both are perfect for high power applications from what I can tell. It depends on personal choice.

End tanks, and pipe work on the APS are nicer than that of the HF... but thats just being picky. The APS are cast and so very smooth.
Both are top of the list for big power builds.

Hyperflow Monster kit has the largest core though.

Not sure which pipework on what Hyperflow you have been looking at, but the APS set-up must be going some to look better than this with the Monster kit!

Yep - bigger core on the hyperflow very slightly, but really both of them would do a great job for anyone.

The APS is def better looking though

Hyperflow Monster

APS DR725

Only 9 jubilee clamps on the APS to fail.... 16 on the Hyperflow. Another thing to look at when running big boost.

Can't say I had any problems with the APS running 2.2bar boost on a GT30!

You have a hyperflow dont you?

I'd be very happy with 2.2 bar - must go quite nicely

oh right, sorry. it runs 1.7 bar now which equated to 525/525 on power station rollers. It did run 2.2 for a month or so, with higher results!

I have a APS 525 sitting in the garage ready to go on. Must say I'm impressed with quality of it all. Thing I like about APS IC's is that you can have the core in black for that stealth look.

Don't Hyperflow IC's use billet end tanks as oppposed to cast item on the APS?
