Call David at Welcome to the API website and he will sort you out.
He is in Leamington Spa off the M40 and can possibly RECOVER you etc!

In stock: pulley, bolt & key £50.00 + VAT [ Gotta keep Gordon happy ]

If the crank location for the key has become damaged in some way, then I suspect that it will keep coming loose regularly, until the crank is replaced

£58.75 in total, Have a bolt, it's free and I wouldn't re-use one that had been loose.

Can be collected after hours if you call and pay with a card before 5 pm.

Just a suggestion here. We've seen this happen often, and it's usually due to the pulley bolt not being properly tightened after a cam belt change. The keyway wears in the crank as well, and it can be so bad as to write the crank off. If the crank isn't perfect, you might get a better long term result from using a lightweight alloy pulley, rather than the standard very heavy one. Do the bolt up good and tight!
