hi there, i recently brought a subaru impreza wrx 93 and when ever i seem to rev to about 5500rpm a couple of times it throws it in to safe mode, the check engine light comes on and i cant rev over 4500 rpm. I d/c the batt for 20 mins go back to it its fine again intill i take it above 5500 is thier any way to get rid of this and even the safe/protection mode all togeather, regards lester
