And what should the following mods take it to-

Afterburner vortex back box
HKS de-catt downpipe
HKS up-pipe

it needs mapping to get anything performance or engine safety wise - and then it depends on the mapper. Should be looking at over 300 though.

standard is 220 or 227?? Mods take it to 240-250? As dynamix says re-map to get better figures

ah - sorry, didnt spot it was a wrx. I should learn to read

It wont do 300 I would doubt.

Speak to a tuner that knows what they are talking about - they will tell you facts rather than garbled hearsay from here

Whatever you do - get it mapped though. It will not be safe to make those mods on an unmapped car.

Agree with Duncan, i'd be suprised if you get 300 with standard turbo and still have relieabillity.

Would defo get a re-map although your ECU will allow 25% increase in fuel under hard driving with those mods you may run lean = ouch!

Just some advice from my 2 pence worth....why not replace full system from turbo back rather than just down pipe and back box. Standard centre section is very restrictive...just seems a waste to me to fit down pipe and rear rather than fitting a full system

BOV will do nothing for your performance but if you like the sound then go for it!

Hope this is of some use

Colin
