Default What is the Pipe by the Turbo / up pipe - Oil/Water ?

Hi, i have got an ETG probe to fit to my up pipe and i dont really fancy taking it off the turbo and headers to fit it, but equally its a royal pain in the **** and i dont think it will fit with thie black rubbuer pipe from the back of the block in the way.

It has a silvery shield on it and comes from the back left of the block mid way up and goes under the inlet somewhere iirc.

Is it Oil or Water ? i dont think it's a breather pipe, but i hope it is

Cheers
minty.
