Default ScoobyPro ECU Chip

Hi

I am the winning bidder on this ecu upgrade chip

SCOOBY PRO ECU UPGRADE for Subaru Impreza...280BHP..... on eBay, also Engine Tuning Parts, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 11-Jan-08 16:01:59 GMT)

According to the description the fueling and ignition are mapped for the boost increase and fuel cut is raised. However i am going to run her off boost till i get it booked in a triton for a RR session to make sure it is ok after i fit it

Has anyone else had experience with these things?

steve

I have had nothing to do with the Scooby Pro Chips, so cannot comment on their contents.
However, a supply of chips has become available from Hong Kong and a number of people are blowing these with Subaru ECU ROM Images.
But as mentioned above I cannot comment on the applicability of their contents to any application.

Just popped over to Ebay and cannot believe there a about 5 or 6 different people selling incarnations of these at the moment.
Talk about drive the prices down.
A big thankyou to Mr Hong Kong aka 27C1028 supplier for flooding the market with what 'WAS' and obsolete component
P.S I don't get mine from him BTW.

I reckon someone has found some old commercial piece of kit/technology that has a few of these in and they are ripping them out, erasing em' and ebaying em'.
The date codes on the chips range from about 1987 to 1996
