Default Advice on cleaning Apexi Filter

Hi Guys

I was looking at my apexi induction filter and it looks a bit clogged up so i would like to clean it up. Can you guys pass on any tips on how to go about the job and get it looking like brand new

Nobody cleans their filters then?

think the apexi is classed as a dry filter, no no need for the oil like on a k&n one.

wash it from the inside out, think you can buy air filter cleaning kits (k&n, pipper x etc)

i have just used water in the past (soft strean so not to damage anything)

then left to fully dry.
