how do you get rid of that, bleed it from tap at bottom of rad? also to add, temp gauge reads normal and fans dont come on

how do u know if its over heating if everythings showing normal?
what i did loosen the top main pipe from the engine to the rad and pulled it back to a little gap whilst sqeezing the bottom pipe.next thing i got is hot water squirting out, screwed the pipe back up,added more water that was it job done!

i dont know if thats the right way of doing it but i spent an hour tying 2 get that lock out!
