Question radeon card overheating ?

I've sold an ATI radeon 9800 All In Wonder graphics card to a person on ebay and he's having problems with overheating while watching TV on it, it's also failed a few times and had to reboot the machine
Could it be that he's not installed it properly,or could it be something wrong with his PC or the card
BTW the card is brand new

Any help much appreciated

Might sound stupid but make sure the onboard fan hasnt stopped.

If possible tell them to fit some chassic fans, I have one at the front and one at the rear of my case.
