slight judder!!

Default slight judder!!

i have a 2001 bugeye,and just before boost kicks in theres a slight judder. anyone any ideas
the plugs are new so its not that

hi ive had the same problem with my bugeye wrx , another member on here surggest i clean my airflow meter, do you have an air filter fitted? mine used to have by the old owner and all the oil off the filter goes on the airflow meter and messes it up.

i cleaned mine yesturday and what a difference it has made boost's loads better now and drives alot nice!

cheers mate, i have the standard air box on my car but it might be worth me cleaning the airflow meter, can i ask how you cleaned yours?

Could be boost escaping from hoses? I replaced my hoses clips with some Miltek ones and never had the problem since.

which hoses mate? the turbo ones?

hi i used brake cleaner, it did the job and we had loads at work! lol

Yep, the turbo ones. Makes sure they're all done up nice and tight with no leaks.

general carb cleaner .any thing like that .be super careful .blast it with can of spray but dont touch filament .all around it on with a rag (clean of course)

ya can hit maf with spary just be careful
