Depends if you have clutch problems now I guess, its quite an expensive thing to have done.

I had the exedy (pink box) fitted. Great clutch

What are your power goals?

Also worth checking the clutch before buying: http://exedy.co.uk/techinfo/Counterfeit.pps

cheers for that...was looking at about 350bhp is this safeish enough with standard gearbox??I just really want to know if the pink box racing clutch is gona fit as its cheap...and i intend to modify into the future..Already have bigger turbo fitted and bigger pipe just waiting on decat..and gona get her mapped soon before i melt pistons..I gets a bit confused with all this mapping and bigger clutch lark though..as a mate has had his scooby running big turbo(with bent to buggery actuater rod),big pipe and decat, with bigger intercooler.etc etc..and hes never had it mapped or upgraded the clutch or anything and its run fine for four years and he rags it???????

Its torque that kills the gearbox. Mine stripped 2nd gear with around 340ft/lbs torque.

There is a GB on the uprated Exedy Clutches at the moment.

I've got :-

Remap
Uprated engine parts
3" full decat
HKS induction
A few other bits n bobs

I was running 1.3bar boost which destroyed my last clutch almost insantly, I bought the Exedy and it was fine.
Need new gearbox now though

Good luck
