Red face dying at 5000rpm

help needed,

left my wrx for 3 weeks and when i drove it the other day it would not go above 5000rpm just coughed and spluttered with black smoke oot the back, not sure if its a boost problem or over fueling, boost gauge still reading 10psi. left it for another 4 days and same again, will clear after about 30mins????,
any idea's

Check condition of your spark plugs. A car I drove after it had been switched off for about 2 months had similar issues till I changed spark plugs.
