Harvey does them. I'm very pleased with mine. And trust me; unless you have the proper tools it's not a job you want to do yourself...

I had my headers ported and fitted by harvey.

Top job on them to all wrapped and made power on the rollers the next day when it was mapped!

Even with the tools it's worth paying someone to do the work on them - it's not a pleasant job.

As above, mine came from Harvey on an exchange basis. Get him to dress the lugs and wrap them too.

Well I did mine as part of an ongoing load of mods, changing various bits at the same time so impossible to nail it down and say it was just the headers, but put it this way - I had a VF35 on before, which IIRC spooled up to 1 bar in 4th gear at around 3300 rpm, now I've got a TD05-16G which hits 1 bar at around 3100 and it's a bigger turbo. I'm happy.

I did my own, you will need an die grinder a high speed cutter and an angle grinder to remove the lugs. If you dont have access to this kind of kit then don't bother trying.

This is a complete set of Harvey's work for a Newage...

He also fully wrapped my sports cat, but don't remind him of that

Well that's what I had too, ported and smoothed off headers (I wrapped), his own wrapped up-pipe. I wrapped my own sports catted downpipe. Absolutely no problems with spool up that I can see.
