Default VF 35 Hybrid ?

Has anyone ever tried mating a VF35 to a p20 exhaust housing?

Oh well looks like no one has tried this so the vf 35 is coming off tommorrow and changing the p15 to the p20 exhaust housing!,will post the results up at weekend.

Well a VF35 on a P18 housing makes a VF34. I did think about doing that particular mod to try and cure surge, but I doubt it would have helped. Both my VF35 and my TD05-16G surged to varying degrees ever since I fitted a FMIC.

Verdict - It dont fit
Tried both p20 and a p18 housing and its a no go the p18 and p20 are the same but the p15 (vf35) has just over 3mm deeper where the housing slides over the seal part on the shaft
So thats why no one has done it
