With the engine off the gauge should read zero. On over run or coasting off throttle it should be reading minus, I think -17 ish. The bottom picture is the carbon catch canister which helps control emissions.

If nothing has changed expect the plugs then that is, at a guess, where the problem may lie. Either the plugs are incorrect or have been incorrectly gapped. An NGK plug should be PFR6b. Or maybe a vacuum hose has been knocked loose.

All hoses should be clipped. The top one looks like the turbo outlet, this should deffo be push on fully and clipped.

A standand car will be fine with PFR6b's, think gapped 0.7mm. 7b's for modified cars.

Pic's? You've confused me now. There should be no water inside the intercooler!

I've been reading your other posts, all very confusing. Looks like your boost gauge is useless, DV is not working correctly, Cooling radiator at the front of the engine bay, leak or no leak will not affect running short term. Intercooler at the top of the engine should not be leaking at all.

PS. Are you a Troll?

Nothing to do with your spelling.

From reading your other posts too it seems that there may be a few faults with the car. Some of the faults could have a direct impact on boost pressure. The boost pipe will have become hard due to its age, that is probably why it is hard to seat, put some lubricant on the edge of the hose to help it slip on. The boost gauge sounds faulty, replace. In another post you say the Dump Valve may be faulty, replace with a standard item. The turbo impeller should not be cleaned through with water. The Impreza Turbo does not have a Carburettor, it uses an injection system. A colder plug will not higher or lower boost, perhaps checked that they are torqued and gapped correctly. With regards to the radweld you put in, its unlikely to have blocked anything unless you have used loads, perhaps run it through with some flush if you are worried. Who does the work on the car?

Oil shouldn't be overfilled. A little bit over shouldn't do any damage, nevertheless I would drain some, to about 3/4 full. Too much oil may contaminate the boost solenoid.

Like I said earlier, there seems to be lots wrong with your car, and no disrespect but I think you'd be better off taking it to a garage.
