Default Wrx saloon and wagon rear suspension??

I have done as many searches as possible, and there is no definate answer that i can see, say for the same year model wrx my94 wagon, is its rear suspension the same as the saloon my94 wrx?, i hear that wagons springs are longer, stiffer, etc, what is actually true, all i wanted to do was buy some lowering springs but i am being put off because people say if i use one of the many kits on the market such as Tein, the **** of my wagon will sit lower than the front??, any ideas on the best way to lower my wagon?, someone must have experiance on this? I am not buying coilovers this time.

cheers

I have a prodrive proffesional kit on my wagon. Its designed for the saloon but fits the wagon fine. I think the origional wagon springs are slightly longer at the rear but mine has got no noticable '*** sag' as the amercians put it from fitting saloon springs. Lowered the car by about 2cm I think.

I have heard that you can mod the rear to lift it a little should it end up sagging on standard saloon springs, maybe powerstation did this when they fitted my springs, I'm not sure.

I threw a set of Eibachs on mine, a nice 25mm drop on my wagon, no fitting problems at all and they were for a saloon. No mismatch in ride height front and rear.
