Unhappy overheating help?

hi have an overheating problem, that has just happened.drove the car for twenty minutes home.saw that temp gauge was in the red stopped immediately(outside my home!).the fans where working when car was on and when turned off.the coolant level is fine,no leaks anywhere.checked the hoses the ones going to top of radiator where extremely hot and one near the bottom of radiator was cold.when u squeeze the hoses all of them u can tell there is water in them as the expansion level goes up and down(plus u can feel the water).any ideas could it be a blockage(of what?),what can i do?thanks
