Resonating from New Quickshift!!

Put it in today and noticed that when the pedals down theres this nasty noisy resonating coming from the new shift lever.
It goes if i put my hand on it but i dont really want my hand glued to this noisy ****
Has anyone else noticed this and what can i do to shut it up.
The usual help please.

Hi there,
I have the same problem with my Quickshift (JSpeed = Japanese make, don`t need to mention the name, totally unknown in Europe)
The OE lever is wrapped with some kind of rubber with a metal hose around to dampen the noise.
I was thinking to remove mine and wrap rubber around it to see if it helps but I got used to it, (Anyway my car has APEX`i induction kit ,JSpeed downpipe and Blitz Nur Spec R so that little sound from the shift lever is almost inaudible).
If you try it please let me know if it helps....
