Default perrin FMIC blow through tube

Hi,

Does anyone here run a perrin front mount with the perrin blow through tube?

It's quite interesting as it has the bigger tube to allow the MAF to monitor more air + claims it stops alot of the normal problems with FMIC and dump valves etc.

So anyone got any good/bad things to say/experences about this?

This is it:

Cheers

Dan

Same here...Bob R is def keen to have a go at mine but he'll have to wait till early next year as I've got a few other things I need to sort/source first to get the car right...Yes Bob, wait just a bit longer, honest...

I think the problem is the standard Maf position is o.k unless your running well into the 400's, and normally at that stage people opt for a speed density ECU therefore removing the MAF. So is not a very well tryed option here.

does seem that 2.5s and the md321t is pushing quite a few cars up into that space now. Wondering if there are any other turbo cars that run this position as standard? If it was that wonderfull a set up I would have thought there would be some OEM versions?

I'm in that position, high 400's and instead of going for change of ecu (due to cost), I've gone for blow through...hope it works...will report back on SN when done next year.
