Default still not running right with chip

ok story so far put scott t chip in my sti did not run well,so bought coil packs and spark plugs and cleaned soliond , adjusted the actuator arm forword and back but still not getting 1.1 ,1 bar max then splutter and fuel cut feeling ,have had enough of this now no fun to drive, dont get to drive it often missus uses it ,
any ideas would be good

yesi have i trusted what he said and bought some new plugs and coil packs but my car does not like the chip being in there,my mate was in my car and he had a v3 sti and that flyed ,he cant understand why it is doing it as it should go well!
do you think it could be fueling, have walbro fuel pump but no reg
if i took it somewhere on a rolling road would that help

And does it run okay with a the chip removed?

In your profile it says you have swapped ECU's in the past. A 7K for a Z4! A Z4 ECU is from a WRX. Are you sure you have an STI and have the correct chip?

Methinks it's not an STI as in your profile it says it had a U8 which is an early WRX ecu.

It may be worth getting a FPR as the early cars may be overpowered by the uprated fuel pump.
If you get it r/r explain the problem first.

After all the help I have given and emails that have been sent regarding your 2nd hand chip (not sourced from me). Posts like this will not do me any favours...thanks mate.

Have you had the AFR Checked ?
What are the Plugs Gapped to ?
Agree with comment above Re : FPR it may well be overfuelling and hence misfiring.
Try running it using a £20 boost controller at 1.1bar. If it runs OK the boost solenoid is at fault.

scott as i have said before im in no way trying to put any blame on you or trying to tarnish your name and service ,i would just like to solve the problem as something is not right ,
i get to drive it once a week and it is no fun
