Default Which Spark plugs?

My car (03 wrx) is going in for service next week and may need new spark plugs. I think Subaru replace them with NGK ones but was just wondering if there's any particularly good ones or if you even notice much difference from using better quality spark plugs?

What do you all recommend?

cheers.

If your car is pretty standard then the standard fit NGK PFR6g is as good as any, to be honest.

Ok thanks for that. After how many miles are you supposed to change them anyway? It's just I've found with motorbikes it makes a BIG difference if you use good spark plugs and change regularily. I guess wth cars it isn't such a big deal.

Plugs are part of the 30,000mile/3yr service, although if you want it tip top or drive hard, every 10-15,000 like many of us do here. PFR6g's are double platinum so maintain their gap quite well.

PS I'm up to Castleton for a few days next week - should make a change from Romford?
