Default What's a good iridium spark plug ?

Car is coming up for full service and when changing the plugs was going to fit iridium plugs but there seem loads of makes now doing them .
Car is a 05 model sti with ppp and panel filter and running 1.4 peak boost .
Any one got any suggestions for a good plug .

Plugs most people use are NGK pfr7b, these are not Iridium, they are Laser Platinum, but are a very popular and reliable choice.
