Best way is to put the car back to standard if you still have the bits and flog off all the mod parts. Modded cars have to be very special to achieve near standard book price - the general public don't want to pay for a ruined car and enthusiasts/modders know enough not to pay a lot for mods they don't trust or would rather do themselves. And if it's that unique that it's actually worth the money you want, you narrow your potential buyers down, and those people who might be interested are probably not looking for your particular car right now.

Modding a car is a money pit. Just don't modify your car in the first place and drive an Audi or something.
