fuse box translation help

this is the fuse box on my 93wrx (not STI).
According to the classic owners manual i have they are from top left
yellow fuse = sub fan
red fuse =Air conditioner (if fitted)
yellow fuse (20),blue fuse(15),red fuse (10) SPARE
The right hand side row top to bottom
Hazard warning flasher
Lighting switch
Headlight (lhs)
Clock/room light
Headlight (rhs)

Under the dashoard one according to the owners manual is (21 fuses 3 rows of 7).
First row left to right
1 15A back up light,turn signal light
2 20A windsheild wiper and washer
3 15A Cigarette lighter,remote controlled rear view mirrors if equipped
4 15A Front fog light (turbo models)
5 10A taillight ,clearance light
6 Empty
7 20A Rear window defogger
Second row left to right
8 15A SRS Airbag if equipped
9 10A Illumination brightness control if equipped
10 Empty
11 20A Power lock if equipped
12 20A Brake light,Horn
13 20A cooling fan
14 10A ECU, Auto transmisson control unit
Third row left to right
15 10A Meter,SRS Airbag warning light
16 15A Engine ignition system,SRS Airbag
17 15A Radio
18 10A ABS,Cruise control
19 20A ABS
20 15A Heater Fan
21 15A Heater fan
Doesn't have one for the footwell though sorry.
