Default Very weird non starting problem help required

This weekend I completed my 2.5 gt30R powered rebuild.
After a few initial issues, fuel supply lines wrong way round, injector plugs wrong way round and a broken cam shaft position sensor cable the car started and ran lovely.
She stopped and started a few times no problem. I drove about 30 miles in it.
Had a check engine light which turned out to be throttle sensor position. It was showing 0 volts when closed. Adjusted that to 0.55v when closed and the check engine light has disappeared.

Went to start it again today and she wont fire up.
I have the following so have ruled these out.

Fuel
Fuel pump primes
Fuel lines taken off of fuel filter and fuel is delivered when ignition is on.
took return line off bottom of regulator(sx) and again when ignition turned on fuel comes out.

Coil and spark plugs
Spark plugs are new
a spark is evident on all of the plugs when car is cranked.

Timing
I have double checked the timing belt and all is ok all teeth and marks line up as they should.

General

I have an Apexi power FC ecu and have done the software and sensor check and all the sensors give voltage reading and nothing is highlighted.
There are a couple of circles on the right hand side of the commander that are solid black instead of just circles. Are these highlighting warnings or issues?

I did have a problem a couple of years ago when i fried the loom at the front of the car when i first fitted aftermarket headers. I fixed the loom but have had to use a certain knack to start the car since.

Basically if you turn the ignition to crank it the car wont start. Its only when you turn the ignition to crank the car and let the key come back to the on position slowly that the car catches and fires up.

Now when i do this the car will almost start up but doesnt quite.
I'm thinking that perhaps the ignition relay is faulty.
Where is this relay located?

Does anyone have any other ideas as to why the car is not starting.

Regards

Daz

the black circles on the commander indicate ON the empty circles indicate OFF..
ie. IGN = Ignition, FPC = Fuel pump circuit etc..

check the plugs? could it just be a map issue due to running the 2litre map etc.. ie. they are now black?

Tried running a wire from battery positive to start solenoid with ignition on?

Sorted!!

I tried all sorts with this. I eventually ended up disconnecting the engine wiring loom at both sides and reconnecting. Since then she's been fine. Weird considering it was fine one minute and not the next. Anyway i'm back to being a happy boy.
