Default Safe Boost Limit?

My Impreza is going in to be remapped next week, question is how much boost can safely be run on a UK spec classic, Ive heard the pistons are not as strong as they are on a STI for example.

Currently im running 22psi, modifications include a VF35 turbo, newage STI top mount intercooler, uprated fuel pump & injectors.

Im going to ask the company doing the remap (Alan Jeffery - Engine Tuner) but was wondering what you guys thought?

Well the pistons on a uk classic have been known to snap above 1.2bar, which is less than your 22psi, so its up to you, I wouldnt want to push it any further really.
