Hya,

My car will idle and rev but is hesitant at 2k when I try to drive it its a no go just bogs like its over fueling and carnt get past 10mph or 2k or revs, I have checked the balck plastic pipe go from the turbo to the intercooler and it has a couple of splits, is this the problem?

It also has black smoke, which is unburnt fuel.

(its a 1994 wrx import)

i would change the black plastic pipe first mate as there is a definate problem with it,the fuelling is controlled by the ecu depending on how much air is drawn past the maf,so if the pipe is split it will be losing boost and overfuelling.
