Default oil sandwich plate ?

i want to fit oil pressure/and temp gauges to my wrx 93 jap import, i saw these on ebay and it sounds easy to fit plus when i change my oil and filter i could fit this device then so will this fit my car ? any one eles usde one of these before .... item number on ebay is 220153207180, there are different ones on ebay with different adaptors un sure which i will need any help would be great,

The Sandwich plate like that is the most common way of tapping off for the
gauges - just got to make sure the your wiring is clear of the headers,drive belts etc.
Or you can plumb into the top of the block halfs from the oil gallery blanking plugs.

Why monitor temp of the oil at the oil filter area when its cooler than over cylinder number three where its at its hottest?...... makes more sence to place the sender in the plug that sits above cylinder 3.

If you do go for the sandwich plate, you will need to cut away some of the heat-sheild from around the oil filter area, because the senders (when in the plate) foul the heat-sheild.

cheers , yea they look easy to fit and with no mess .. ill go for one of those instead the one where you can link pressure and temp ,
