Post oil leak

Hi there, I've got an oil leak on MY97 WRX, it's coming from behind the timing belt casing, is this serious and oing to be expensive to fix?

Cheers

Is it in the middle or to one side, if its the middle is common as..... Crank oil seal, cam belt off job.
If its on the side it'll be a camshaft seal, bit rarer but mine leaked.

It seems to be coming from the centre, is that common then? What sort of price am I looking at to get that fixed? And will I need to get the cam belt changed again when its off as I only had that done last year?

If the belts got oil on it then I wouldn't risk leaving it. The seal itself is about £8. Not sure about labor charges as I did mine myself, ring around & ask for a price for cam belt change.

Thank you, looks like I'll be getting on the phone tomorrow, it's easier when you know what you're asking for!
